Daily 5 Here We Come!!!

During the first month of school, we have been focusing on learning the Daily 5 Centers. These centers include:

-Read to Self

-Read to Someone

-Word Work

-Work on Writing
-Listen to Reading

In these centers students are learning reading stamina, phonic skills, and writing skills. These centers are differentiated for each students' need to ensure all students are getting work that is "just right for them"

Monday is the Solar Eclipse, Cobb County School District will be dismissing students 45 minutes LATER (3:00pm) to ensure all of our students are safe. Please let me know if you plan to change your childs' transportation due to this delay. 

-students will be watching the Solar Eclipse INSIDE through the NASA website in our classroom. We will not be outside :)

WOOOHOOOO!!!! We all survived the first two weeks of school!
